Terms of Service
What Nashti is
Nashti is a marketplace. Stores, bakeries, cafés and hotels list surplus food as Surprise Bags; you reserve and pay in the app and collect the bag at the store during its pickup window. Nashti does not prepare, store or deliver food.
Who sells the food
The store is the seller and the food business operator. It is responsible for the food, its safety and the handling and allergen information shown on each bag. Nashti is not the seller of the food.
Surprise Bags
The contents of a bag depend on what is left at the end of the day, so they can differ from the photos and the description. Always check the allergen information and ask the store if you are unsure.
Reservations and payment
A reservation holds your bag for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the bag is released. Prices are in Georgian lari and include everything you pay.
Collection
Show your pickup code or QR code at the store within the pickup window. Bags not collected in time are not refunded — see the Refund and no-show policy.
Your account
You sign in with your Georgian mobile number. Keep your phone secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings.
Changes
If these terms change, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
